Over the years, we’ve had a variety of international and national businesses who have used Mendip Court for their HQ and R&D facilities. As well as many small and medium-sized businesses all looking for a different kind of work environment, and sharing the space with like-minded professionals. There’s a great mix of people at Mendip Court, all of whom make for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and we’d like you to join us.
We have a wide range of businesses from the technology, design and finance sectors, head offices for care home and support providers and health & fitness providers (physiotherapy, pilates, personal training, osteopathy, adult and child therapy, etc.) all operating from spaces full of natural light, and some with views that look out over Wells and towards Glastonbury Tor.
We promote available spaces in three size ranges:
Small - circa 200 sq ft. suitable for between 1 and 4 people
Medium - circa 500 sq ft. suitable for up to 8 people
Large - 750 – 2000 sq ft. suitable for 8 people +
